I don’t even know where to begin. I came in with several concerns and I left truly feeling heard. I am one month into my treatment plan with a few months left to go. During this time I’ve already seen improvements in areas of concerns I knew I had and areas I didn’t even realize were a problem. I’ve been letting everyone know as I feel many people can benefit from this type of chiropractic care. I can’t wait to continue to see my progress. The doctors and staff are all so kind and knowledgeable. I truly feel welcomed and like I’m listened to. My only regret is not starting on this path sooner but I’m so thankful I’m here now!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Austyn at Optimal Life Chiropractic. From the moment you walk in, the entire office feels welcoming, clean, and genuinely caring. Dr. Austyn takes the time to really listen and explain everything in a way that actually makes sense, which I really appreciate. What stands out the most is how personalized the care is you never feel rushed or like “just another patient.” After starting care here, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in how my body feels overall, especially with tension and day-to-day discomfort. Started coming here when I was in my third trimester of pregnancy and continued coming postpartum and brought my little guy in to be adjusted as well and it’s made the biggest difference! We LOVE the doctors and love seeing the progress in the scans. You can see tension being released in my baby during an adjustment and he leaves feeling so happy, his reflux has improved, and he’s sleeping through the night. The front desk is also so friendly and warm, everyone there just feels like family :) can’t recommend them enough

I have absolutely loved my experience at Optimal life Chiropractic. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I have seen and felt great improvements in both my body and mind. After 40 years of struggling with anxiety and panic I’m finally at ease in my own skin. I’m able to be alone in my head without constant fear or racing thoughts.
